Rachel has excellent communication skills and explained everything to me clearly and simply. She spoke clearly which was very helpful to me as I'm deaf.

Physiotherapist very helpful.
Explained all really well.
Was made to feel relaxed and given time to answer questions fully. Not rushed or talked down to.
Only thing to improve - better heating for the working environment and for patients.

The time keeping of the consultant, (ie was late her appointment but nothing was laid)?
So all the appointments for the day would be late, not good.

Staff very good and communication was excellent.
